i found the pools great. there were many loungers to use by the pool area (i always found one available). the room was large and clean. the bed had a good duvet and pillows.
the sea had signs saying 'no swimming', so the beach wasn't really useful because the water was not inviting.

the staff were super friendly and helpful with all requests. i found them always smiling and ready to assist (the service was prompt). they provided quick room service. the reception staff were organised.

the hotel is a short walk to great restaurants. it is also close to the big buddha and wat plai laem. the resort is in a super chill area of the island. access to nearby attractions was quite easy.

i found the ocean view fine and the sunsets magical the fresh flavorful food and drinks during sunset happy hour were great i especially liked the coffee because it was smooth and strong just how i prefer the beachfront location was perfect it was peaceful yet close to everything
i found that the beach wasn't ideal for swimming because of the tide going out early in the day

The pictures online really misled me. This place looks much more run-down in reality. i booked a room with a jacuzzi. The water was brown. the staff eventually gave me a free transfer to the pier but it barely compensated for the disappointment.

The room was spacious with nice big windows. Pools were clean and well-kept. Room service was quick and easy. The beach view from the restaurant at sunset was very pleasant I found the restaurant staff lovely.
The location is somewhat remote requiring transport to reach the central areas.
